Members who benefit from Neighbor to Neighbor services but find the annual membership fee to be a hardship can request a scholarship to reduce their annual contribution.A candle purchase lights up our birthday cake - literally! Neighbor to Neighbor members, volunteers, staff, board members, and community members will celebrate ten years of helping residents age in their own homes with a picnic celebration on Tuesday, July 14th.
