Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Lakeland

The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Lakeland fosters a welcoming community that promotes justice, compassion, and mutual aid, honoring the inherent worth and dignity of all individuals through support and outreach initiatives.

Before this land was known as Florida, or Polk County, the area was inhabited by Seminoles and other Indigenous tribes. &nbsp;Learn some of their history in a guided tour led by the Polk County History Center&#39;s Cultural Resources Coordinator.<span fr-original-style="font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration: none; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-kerning: none;" style="font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration: none; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-kerning: none; box-sizing: inherit;">This guided tour was arranged specifically for the UUCL Service Auction and is open to all - bring a friend! &nbsp;The tour is family friendly.
