Join Anna Christiani for a two-part experiential workshop exploring the layers of the aura and practices for aura cleansing and energy healing. Anna is a Netherlands-based healer, co-author of Opioid Crisis Voices, and practitioner specializing in aura and chakra therapy. Drawing upon both her personal experience and her healing practice, Anna will introduce participants to ways of working consciously with the human energy field. During the workshop, participants will explore:• The different layers of the aura • How our experiences and emotions may affect our sense of energetic well-being • Practices for cleansing and balancing the aura • Energy-healing techniques for restoring a sense of centeredness and harmony • Ways these practices may support emotional and spiritual well-being during challenging or unsettled times Aura healing is offered as a complementary holistic practice, not as a substitute for medical or mental-health care.
