Uthiverse Infinite Pathways Earn &amp; Learn 2026100 Paid Hours. 50 Youth. Infinite Possibilities. This summer, The Uthiverse will provide 50 high school students with a fully paid, 100-hour workforce accelerator. Each student will:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Earn $1,000 in wages</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Complete 40 hours of training and career exposure</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Complete 60 paid earn and learn hours</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Gain real work experience with employer partners&bull; Build professional skills&bull; Satisfy Indiana&rsquo;s Graduation Pathway Requirement</li></ul>This is MORE than a summer job. It&rsquo;s structured workforce preparation. 2026 Summer Jobs Initiative

The Uthiverse IMPACT 2026 Campaign empowers youth to thrive mentally, professionally, and creatively. Our first round gives teens the tools to succeed in today&rsquo;s workforce &mdash; and the confidence to shape their own futures.&nbsp;Over the next year, funders like you will make possible:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">50 young adults aged 16-18 will obtain long term PT or FT employment.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">50 youth aged 12-24 engaged in 1:1 and group mentoring.</li><li fr-original-style="" id="isPasted" style="box-sizing: inherit;">200 teens learn coping skills through the &ldquo;It&rsquo;s Ok!&rdquo; Teen Mental Health Popup events.</li><li fr-original-style="" id="isPasted" style="box-sizing: inherit;">12 youth&nbsp;participate in a year long leadership development fellowship.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">4 teen ventures launched and incubated.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Host the &ldquo;Free Game&rdquo; Summer Jobs Readiness Summit for 100 youth, May 2026.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Host the It&rsquo;s Ok! Teen Mental Health Festival for 100 teens, June 2026.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Host the 2026 Youth Mentoring Weekend for 100 boys and girls, July 2026.</li></ul>&nbsp;80% of the funds raised go directly to support workforce development, mental health, mentoring, leadership, and entrepreneurship programming.
