Veterans Legal Institute

Veterans Legal Institute provides free legal services to veterans, ensuring they receive the support and dignity they deserve. Their mission is to empower heroes through legal advocacy, helping them navigate challenges at home and in their communities.

Join hosts Lee Goldberg and Richard Ward for an evening of BBQ, a putting tournament, and community in support of Veterans Legal Institute. Compete for prizes awarded to the top three tournament finishers while enjoying great food, liquor and cigar vendors, raffle opportunities, and friendly competition. Your participation helps provide free legal services to homeless, at-risk, disabled, and low-income veterans throughout Southern California. Every ticket directly supports VLI&#39;s mission to remove legal barriers to housing, healthcare, education, and employment, helping veterans achieve stability and self-sufficiency. We look forward to welcoming you for an evening of fun, camaraderie, and meaningful impact.

This annual event is an evening of music, dancing, cocktails, gourmet food, and celebration of our community heroes, Lawyers for Warriors has sold out consistently every year, bringing together those who represent the legal, financial, military, real estate, and other professional industries throughout Orange and neighboring counties. Proceeds put the power of free legal aid into our heroes&rsquo; hands so they live with the hope and dignity they deserve at home.Lawyers for Warriors will be held on Friday, November 13, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach.
