January 22, 1968 – September 19, 2026It is with heavy hearts that we remember our dear friend, board member, teacher, wife, mother, and grandmother, Ruth Ann Rosenberg.Ruth's life was marked by a deep Christian faith and a genuine love for Jesus and for others. She especially loved children. Through her work as a teacher and the many ways she cared for children, Ruth had a gift for making them feel valued, encouraged, and loved.Ruth also cared deeply about education and about serving others. She was a valued member of the Vineworks Foundation board, and we were grateful to have her wisdom, faith, and compassionate heart as part of our work.Honoring RuthIn lieu of flowers, Ruth's family has asked that memorial gifts be made to Fredericksburg Christian School or Vineworks Foundation, organizations that reflect Ruth's love of children, faith, and community.If you would like to honor Ruth's memory through the Vineworks Foundation, you may sponsor a child to attend school in Haiti or make a memorial gift to support the Foundation's work.Our child sponsorship program provides $100 toward a child's registration and school uniform which will place a child in school for the entire school year.
