Join us for a special virtual screening of the award-winning documentary Third Degree Burnout &ndash; A Survivor&#39;s Guide as part of London Climate Action Week. Burnout is often treated as an individual problem. But what if it is also a symptom of the systems we&#39;ve built? Through expert insights, compelling storytelling, and practical solutions, the film explores the connections between burnout, human health, food systems, and planetary health. The film features 26 experts across medicine, psychology, public health, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and climate science, and has received 15 awards and recognitions, including 3 Telly Awards and 2 United Nations-affiliated recognitions.&nbsp;This film also holds accreditation as an educational resource from the International Association for Coaches, Therapists and Mentors (IACTM). Following the 101-minute screening, attendees will be invited to participate in a live discussion and Q&amp;A with filmmaker Nivi Jaswal-Wirtjes. Whether you are a climate conscious philanthropist, healthcare professional, food systems conscious student or educator, an employer interested in workplace wellbeing, climate advocate, or someone navigating burnout yourself, this event offers an opportunity to explore how healthier people and a healthier planet are deeply connected.
