IMPORTANT NOTICEVoices Unhidden is NOT a law enforcement agency, government agency, court, attorney, or legal service provider.The Platform Advocacy Letter Program is an advocacy initiative designed to help individuals organize and professionally present concerns regarding technology-facilitated abuse directly to online platforms and service providers.Our advocacy letters are intended to encourage review, accountability, and adherence to each platform's own Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Safety Policies.Submission of an advocacy packet does NOT:• Initiate a criminal investigation.• Create an attorney-client relationship.• Constitute legal representation.• Guarantee that a platform will remove content, suspend an account, or take any specific action.Voices Unhidden reviews each request individually and reserves the right to decline any submission that falls outside our mission, lacks sufficient information, contains false or misleading information, or appears intended to harass, retaliate against, or target another individual.Our mission is to advocate for victims, educate the public, and promote accountability while encouraging safer online communities.Have you repeatedly reported online harassment only to receive "No Violation Found"?Have you blocked someone, yet they continue monitoring your activity, creating new accounts, reposting your content, or otherwise finding ways to continue unwanted contact or attention?Many victims report that individual incidents are reviewed separately, making it difficult for platforms to recognize an ongoing pattern of behavior.The Voices Unhidden Platform Advocacy Letter Program was created to help.For a $20 program fee, Voices Unhidden will prepare a professional advocacy packet summarizing the reported pattern of behavior and submit it to the appropriate platform's Trust & Safety, Legal, or Support team for review.Each advocacy packet may include:• A professionally written advocacy letter• A summary of the reported pattern of behavior• A timeline of reported incidents• Documentation of prior reporting attempts• Relevant platform account information• References to applicable Community Guidelines or Terms of Service• A request that the platform conduct a comprehensive review of the reported activityOur goal is to ensure that reports involving repeated harassment, monitoring after blocking, impersonation, coordinated abuse, or other technology-facilitated abuse receive the careful review they deserve.Voices Unhidden does not request enforcement against any individual. Rather, we ask the platform to review the information provided and determine whether the reported conduct is consistent with its own policies.
