Help Every Ability Reach HigherSponsor W3 Bee-Long’s Fall 2027 Aerospace Experience.Help make this experience free for approximately 200 children, teens, adults, and caregivers.Every sponsorship includes:• A rocket to decorate with your name or company logo• Entry in our rocket launch competition• Your sponsor name announced before launchBuild your rocket with your family, or have the cadets build it for you! On event day, families predict which sponsored rocket will fly highest, with recognition for the winning sponsor.Higher sponsorship levels include additional recognition through social media, our newsletter, business information tables, and a website feature, as listed in each package.Your contribution helps cover rockets, sensory supports, cooling supplies, refreshments, and event insurance. This experience is volunteer-led; no salaries or labor fees are included.Sponsorships will close once the event is fully funded. After enrolling, you’ll choose and register for the individual program blocks you’re interested in attending. Friendships grow when people have a way to participate.W3 Bee-Long is a Louisiana nonprofit bringing children, teens, adults, and caregivers—with and without disabilities—together in shared community spaces. In 2026, our work has reached 364 individuals across Livingston Parish, Baton Rouge, and surrounding communities.We work alongside community partners to put accessibility into practice: picture-supported activities, different ways to communicate, sensory tools, room to pace, and volunteers positioned to support participation.Our programs include:Midweek Socials: Smaller groups where participants build comfort and connections through art, cooking, and shared activities.Community Experiences: Collaborations with museums, theatres, restaurants, and other partners where people participate together and friendships can form.Prepare Before the Scare: Emergency readiness experiences that introduce families to responders, equipment, and communication tools before an emergency happens.Your sponsorship helps cover the insurance that supports this work.Our goal is $3,255.78, including policy fees and taxes. Every contribution to this campaign goes toward that insurance cost. Once the full amount is covered, we will close the campaign.W3 Bee-Long is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State. We are volunteer-run and pay no salaries, stipends, or per diem.Thank you for helping our community make room for every ability.
