Wellie's Wish Dog Rescue

Wellie's Wish Dog Rescue is dedicated to rescuing dogs from neglect and abandonment, especially those from puppy mills and overwhelmed shelters. We provide medical care, loving foster homes, and support to help them find forever homes.

Some puppies are born into the world already having to fight for their lives&mdash;Kinsley is one of them. Kinsley is an 11-week-old red fox Labrador puppy who was born with a spinal luxation that resulted in paralysis. We were initially told she had no hope of ever walking again, that she was incontinent, and would be fully dependent on a wheelchair to get around. But Kinsley had other ideas. In a short time, she began showing strong spinal reflexes and then signs of motor function. The moment she wagged her tail for the first time changed everything&mdash;we knew she was going to fight, and we were going to fight right alongside her. Kinsley is currently with a Wellie&rsquo;s Wish Rescue, but her physical therapy and rehabilitation are intensive and costly. She has already stolen the hearts of everyone who meets her, and nothing feels too big for this sweet, determined girl. We are hoping to raise funds to give Kinsley access to the ongoing care she needs to regain as much mobility and independence as possible. She has so much life ahead of her and so much love to give, and we want to give her every possible chance at a future without limits. 🚨 URGENT HELP NEEDED 🚨 One of our puppies is in heart failure and urgently needs life-saving surgery. 💔🐶 Pepper was surrendered from a commercial breeder because she was deemed unsellable because she had a heart murmur. We were able to get her into one of our amazing vet partners, Metropolitan Veterinary specialist &nbsp;asap. &nbsp;The cardiologist found her to have a PDA (Patent Ductus Arteriosus)and in heart failure.&nbsp;Pepper is currently in the hospital being treated for the CHF( congestive heart failure ) . She needs life saving surgery tomorrow to fix the hole in her heart to survive.&nbsp; We also had a 2nd puppy, Rena, &nbsp;go to the cardiologist where she was found to also have a PDA. She is stable but needs to have the hole in her heart closed this week.&nbsp; The 2 surgeries are estimated to be $9000 each .We are asking for donations, prayers, and shares to help give this sweet baby a fighting chance.
