2026 WFAE Carolinas Climate Summit

Join WFAE&nbsp;for an intimate evening with the internationally recognized chieftess of the Gullah Geechee Nation, Queen Quet, Marquetta L. Goodwine. Mecklenburg County Commission Candidate Forum

On Tuesday evening, February 3rd, WFAE and the League of Women Voters of Charlotte-Mecklenburg, will host a forum with the candidates for Mecklenburg County Sheriff at the WFAE Center for Civic and Community Engagement in uptown. Charlotte Talks host Mike Collins will moderate.
