Embark on a powerful inner journey with simple yet extraordinary practices to develop genuine care and compassion for ourselves and for all beings. No prior meditation experience required. Her interest in Buddhism began in 1986 with teachings and an empowerment by Geshe Ngawang Dhargyey, followed by Kalachakra &amp;amp; Dzogchen teachings by H. H. Dalai Lama, Longchen Nyngtig,&nbsp;Rinchen Terzod, and Kamma&nbsp;cycles with Ven. Yangthang Tulku Rinpoche, intensive Shamatha, Vipassana, Lojong, and Dzogchen retreats with B. Alan Wallace, and teachings and empowerments by Ven. Gyaltrul Rinpoche, Tulku Sang-ngag Rinpoche,Drubpon Lama Karma,&nbsp;Ch&ouml;gyal Namkhai Norbu, and Lama Tsultrim Allione.
