Woke Idaho empowers communities through mutual aid and political engagement, fostering connections among residents while supporting local Democratic candidates and initiatives that promote social justice and inclusivity.

A Democratic Party & Mutual Aid Drive

We participate in progressive campaigns, plan and host events, assist with rallies, and provide information to the Idahoans in our Boise/Meridian/Nampa/Caldwell universe. We help fundraise for our candidates, provide a touchpoint for volunteering, and keep our audience posted on the antics of our legislators and their bills. Getting people active in our democracy is our main goal and mission. We do so through the Boise Visibility Brigade, Resist at Rush Hour and all the appropriate signage and volunteers necessary for that.&nbsp;Most importantly, we provide a source of known actions on our universal calendar. If you find our services worthy of a donation, we would be very happy to apply it to the materials we use to do the above actions. &nbsp;We understand that supporting candidates and issues demands money and we are very grateful that you are generously sharing some with us. And we thank you profusely for the validation!

Donate to Woke Idaho

Join us for Woke Idaho&rsquo;s Support 4 Educators! This gathering brings teachers, librarians, neighbors, volunteers, and local Democratic leaders together to support progressive change in our state. We respect those responsible for our REAL Data Centers: Schools, Libraries and Bookstores! We are planning a taco bar that is FREE for Teachers and Librarians. For all others, we are asking for $5 a plate, please. Proceeds will go to these candidate&#39;s campaigns: Becky Sunlin Mitchell, Kelceymarie Warner, Michael Fitzgerald, Amanda and Karlie Easley. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We would love to know how many to plan for meals. The site asks for names and emails (which we cannot delete) however, feel free to make up a name and an email. This is for you to feel safe in RSVPing and not scared someone in your school or district will ever see you attended this event. We do not want you to put yourself or your job in danger. We will not share anyone&#39;s info. (If you do donate at this site, you will need an accurate name, address and email.) Children are welcome!
