Change is no longer something that happens occasionally. It has become the environment in which leaders operate every day. The question is no longer if change will happen, but how we choose to lead through it. During this GWEN session, the Truist Leadership Institute will guide us through an engaging and interactive experience focused on the two dimensions of change. Together, we will explore what happens when change is done to us versus when change is led by us, and how our mindset can shape the outcome. Through practical insights and conversation, participants will gain tools to navigate change with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Hosted at the Truist Leadership Institute, this session will also give participants the opportunity to reflect on their own leadership potential while developing skills to communicate more effectively and lead through uncertainty. In this session, you will gain:<ul data-end="1363" data-start="1085" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="1190" data-section-id="1y2pvc9" data-start="1085" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">A new perspective on change and how leaders can shift from reacting to actively shaping outcomes.</li><li data-end="1270" data-section-id="1h7tibm" data-start="1191" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Practical tools for navigating uncertainty with clarity and confidence.</li><li data-end="1363" data-section-id="p7psob" data-start="1271" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Stronger communication strategies to lead and influence others during times of change.</li></ul><p fr-original-style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:small;font-style:normal;font-variant-ligatures:normal;font-variant-caps:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;orphans:2;text-align:start;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;widows:2;word-spacing:0px;-webkit-text-stroke-width:0px;white-space:normal;background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);text-decoration-thickness:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial;margin:0px;width:100%;line-height:1.5;box-sizing:inherit;" style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:small;font-style:normal;font-variant-ligatures:normal;font-variant-caps:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;orphans:2;text-align:start;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;widows:2;word-spacing:0px;-webkit-text-stroke-width:0px;white-space:normal;background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);text-decoration-thickness:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial;margin:0px;width:100%;line-height:1.5;box-sizing:inherit;"> <p fr-original-style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:small;font-style:normal;font-variant-ligatures:normal;font-variant-caps:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;orphans:2;text-align:start;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;widows:2;word-spacing:0px;-webkit-text-stroke-width:0px;white-space:normal;background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);text-decoration-thickness:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial;margin:0px;width:100%;line-height:1.5;box-sizing:inherit;" style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:small;font-style:normal;font-variant-ligatures:normal;font-variant-caps:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;orphans:2;text-align:start;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;widows:2;word-spacing:0px;-webkit-text-stroke-width:0px;white-space:normal;background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);text-decoration-thickness:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial;margin:0px;width:100%;line-height:1.5;box-sizing:inherit;">Pricing: Members:&nbsp;$75&nbsp; Ready, Go, Set – Let’s Lead! An Innovative Approach to Leadership | 2025 Women's Summit

Lead with Purpose: Creating Connection, Confidence &amp; EngagementEngagement is more than simply showing up. It is feeling connected, confident and clear about your purpose&mdash;and understanding how your work contributes to something meaningful. During this interactive GWEN session, Truist Leadership Institute will guide participants through the six drivers of engagement: connectedness, importance, clarity, control, fairness, and confidence and competency. Together, we will explore what strengthens engagement, what gets in its way and how women can create greater connection and impact for themselves and the people they lead. Through guided reflection, table conversations and practical application, participants will gain strategies they can use to strengthen workplace relationships, navigate challenges and lead with greater intention. In this session, you will gain:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="font-weight: bold;" style="font-weight: bold; box-sizing: inherit;">A deeper understanding of the six drivers of engagement</li><li fr-original-style="font-weight: bold;" style="font-weight: bold; box-sizing: inherit;">Practical strategies to strengthen purpose, confidence and connection</li><li fr-original-style="font-weight: bold;" style="font-weight: bold; box-sizing: inherit;">Tools to recognize and address barriers to engagement</li><li fr-original-style="font-weight: bold;" style="font-weight: bold; box-sizing: inherit;">New ways to inspire engagement within your workplace, team and community</li></ul>Whether you are leading a team, building a business, growing your career or navigating your next chapter, this session will give you practical tools you can use right away.
