Your Congregational Assessment for 2026 covers: District Pastors Conference: The assessment for the Spring and Fall Pastors Conferences pays mileage for our active pastors and covers our retired pastors mileage, meals, and hotel. Teachers Conference: The assessment for the Fall Teachers Conference pays mileage for our Commissioned Ministers (teachers). Pastor's Wives Retreat: Pastor's wives have the opportunity to get together and discussion their vocation, the joys and challenges they face, and provide support to one another. 80% of this cost is covered by the pastor's wives or the congregation. This assessment covers the remainder. 2026 Synod Convention: This assessment covers travel costs, convention hotel expenses, and meetings.Each congregations assessment amount is based on the total number of communicant numbers reported using the last year's submission of statistics from your congregation.

Our district has established the Frederick the Wise Fund to care for pastoral ministry in the Wyoming District by assisting pastors and their families with short-term needs.
