This year Future Change has 3 EVENTSwhich means we have 3 GOALS!!!

Our mission is to grow schools through the necessary materials and programs they need to flourish in and for their communities. Under this mission, the 3 events we will be hosting are as follows:

1. Taking the Next Step 2024 Workshop(Dec. 2024) - $2,000

This teacher workshop aims to increase understanding of effective strategies for teaching in an inclusive classroom, instruction, and student engagement. By the end of this workshop, we hope to empower our participants to implement these strategies in their classrooms to improve teacher performance and student learning.

2. At the Table Youth Conference (Dec. 2024) - $2,000

This exciting program will bring together youth from various schools to learn something new, make sure their voices are heard on the topic of their education system, and have a fun time with one another. By the end of this conference, we hope to connect with more youth, understand their perspective, and voice some solutions to the problems students face in Liberia.

3. Career Day (Jan. 2025) - $2,000

Our Career Day Program aims to minimize the illness within Career Planning and Development and the inability to make a wise decision/choice in career selection for students wishing to obtain admission into universities. By the end of this program, we hope to have trained approximately 200 secondary students within the path of Career Planning, Development, and choice, and aid secondary students in obtaining vast knowledge on a specific field of study before their enrollments into universities.

- Inspire youthful creativity, connection, and growth
- Change the world
