Benji is an almost 3 years old boy with a genetic diagnosis that results in him having low muscle tone, and he gains strength slower than his peers. He is able to walk by himself on level surfaces, but he needs help balancing on uneven surfaces. He has frequent falls associated with his decreased strength and balance issues. He follows simple commands and talks to get his needs met.

Benji has 2 sisters, ages 7 and 4. Both sisters ride their bikes and trikes. Benji does get sad or frustrated as he doesn't have a trike he can ride with them. Benji has a very independent nature, so pushing him in a stroller does not adequately meet his desires to ride with his sisters. 

With everything Benji has been through. medically he should not be alive. Despite this, Benji has a smile that lights up a room. He is very caring and loving. Benji leaves an impact on people everywhere he goes. We appreciate your attention to this matter, and your help funding this tryke for Benji.
