Through God Comes Justice envisions a Concho Valley where children, individuals and 

families impacted by incarceration are spiritually nourished, emotionally supported, and successfully reintegrated 

into the community. We see a future where:

▪ Every inmate, detainee, and their family members have access to compassionate spiritual guidance and

support, fostering hope, healing, and personal transformation.

▪ Children of incarcerated parents receive year-round support, reducing the stigma and challenges associated

with parental absence.

▪ A dedicated facility serves as a beacon of hope, offering comprehensive faith-based programs and resources

that bridge the gap between incarceration and community reintegration.

▪ A network of training volunteers and staff work collaboratively to provide continuous support, from in-jail

services to post release assistance and beyond.

▪ The cycle of incarceration is broken through education, mentorship, and spiritual growth, leading to reduced

recidivism rates and stronger families.

▪ The San Angelo community is educated about and actively engaged in supporting those affected by

incarceration, creating a more compassionate and inclusive society.

▪ Through God Comes Justice serves as a model for faith-based correctional support services, inspiring similar

initiatives across Texas and beyond.

By sustaining our existing operations, and expanding our capacity and services, we aim to touch more lives, 

strengthen families, and create lasting positive change in our community, all guided by the transforming love of 

Jesus Christ.
