Spiraling follows Kevin Ashbury, a young man battling addiction and the overwhelming guilt of his family's tragic death. As he struggles to rebuild his life, Kevin finds himself at a crossroads between self-destruction and redemption. 

Through the support of his estranged Uncle Stanley, his childhood friend Stacy, and a compassionate nurse, Wilma, Kevin finds himself on a journey toward healing, faith, and forgiveness.
