Greetings, We Are Making a DifferenceOver a Decade ago, the Dr. Ruth Joyce Colbert Barnes Foundation, Inc. (RJCBF)and its collaborating partner the Oklahoma Sovereign Arts Foundation (OSAF), both 501 (c) (3) non-profit organizations decided to join forces and work to make Oklahoma better.  We made a commitment to assist in being a model for service within our community with four major initiatives: (1) revitalizing neighborhoods, (2) rebuilding communities, (3) promoting healthy lifestyles, and (4) reinforcing good educational values with an emphasis on STEAM. We have been busy; however, we realized that there are people in all the communities working tirelessly to make Oklahoma better also. It is for this reason that we are sponsoring our Annual Benefit Event and Angel Award Program.
