Membership in MCOF has many advantages:1. &nbsp;quarterly newsletters on sky happenings2. &nbsp;participate in a &ldquo;Members Only Night&rdquo; 4 times per calendar year including viewing the skies through the Ferson Optics Cassegrain Telescope and a special planetarium show3. &nbsp;invitation to join &ldquo;Tag-along Events&rdquo;, short notice viewing events when a Trained Telescope Operator is observing astronomical objects&nbsp;with the new Meade LX8504. &nbsp;learn Astro-photography5. &nbsp;priority on telescope classes for personal telescopes6. &nbsp;eligible to be trained as a telescope operator Dues are tax deductible donations that support the improvement of our equipment and the education of the public and our youth in astronomy and science.&nbsp; We are a totally unaffiliated, non-profit organization, staffed completely by volunteers who do not receive compensation for their participation.&nbsp; Your contributions are greatly appreciated!!
