Denver we are back for our 10th annual  Mile High Chapter Girls in Aviation Day Sat Sept 21st 10am-2pm. This year we are excited to be hosted by Sheltair at Rocky Mountain Metro Airport (KBJC)

This event is open to all girls ages 8-18 to introduce the world of aviation and aerospace to our next generation of women. We will have interactive activities, demonstrations, and several members of the aviation community to help inspire our next generation of females. 

Girls in Aviation Day has been instrumental in introducing girls all over the world to opportunities in aviation and STEM that they never would have considered. We work very hard to bring participants and role models together so girls can see themselves in those exciting roles.

This is NOT a drop off scheduled event, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult or responsible teenager. Come for the whole time or for part of it depending on your schedule.  There are plenty of activity and educational booths for the girls to pick from.

There will be a food trunk on site 12-2 to purchase food from - Colorado Pig Rig
