For Reignite the Light Gala an "80's Glam" themed Fundraiser.

This event helps us fulfill our mission to love the one until every orphaned child has a forever family and a brighter future filled with hope! 

 All ticket sales and donations received will give us the opportunity to return to South Africa for a year to partner and serve alongside children's homes in need (our next step to building Childrens homes in Africa)!

Join us for an unforgettable night to learn more about our mission and vision and how to support our cause. Plus come break it down on the dance floor with an 80’s themedSilent Disco, enjoy delicious catered dinner, wine pull, drinks, and giveaways!

Parking

As you pull into the venue parking will be on your left and the venue will be directly to your right. Follow the side walk straight to the double entry doors

   Check in 

Check in at the registration booth directly inside the venue lobby. Please have your tickets ready to scan at the ticket booth, grab your drink tickets (3 per guests) and raffle tickets (5 per guests) and our Guest experience team will ready to greet you and seat you! 

Haven’t registered or invited extra guests (outside of the number of tickets for your group) who didn’t register? That’s great! Register them today for only $1 so we can count them in for dinner!

Seating

Seating is assigning Tables 1-4 is for priority seating sponsors and partners 

Table 5 - 8 is for pre-registered guests (please ask registration booth for your seat)

Tables 9 -12 is open seating (but please find an open seat closer to the front if its available - registration booth can tell you where open seats are available)

Raffle Prizes 

 Every guest will receive 5 raffle tickets to enter to win 4 Radical raffles you have a chance to enter to win (donate at the bar for additional raffle tickets):

1. “Bless the rains down in Africa” basket - Africa souvenirs & books, 4CM merch

2. “Relax Don’t do it" basket - 1 Hour massage with Sharon Reiswig & spa/self care items

3. “You took the Long way to San Antonio - San Antonio Weekend stay at Airbnb + travel necessities

4. “Fight for your Right to be Healthy Basket” - $100 off 1st visit & immune boost protocol plus other health necessities

Other Activities

Write a letter to a Child or Staff at the King’s Children’s Home - visit the table next to the raffle prizes to write a letter to a staff member or child at the children’s home we will be going to for a year!

Photo booth - Enjoy 1 take home polaroid photo magnet or take as many group/selfies with your phone at our 80s retro photobooth (to the left of the bathrooms near the dance floor)

Silent disco and dance party - Sing your heart out like no one can hear you (because everyone wont while you wear headphones) & dance like no ones watching to some of the greatest 80s hits we all know and love!

Drinks - Every guest will get 3 drink tickets for their first three drinks free! Donate at the Bar for additional drinks. Please ensure you and all your guests drink responsibly & have a safe way to get home!

Wine pull - Donate the amount of your choosing (Minimum $15 - $20) to possibly win a take home bottle of wine valued between $10 - $50!

Dinner - Fajitas catered by Texas Taco Kitchen and will be self serve buffet style line. We will release according to table numbers so be listening for your table number around 7pm

Speakers - Enjoy inspirational testimonies and life giving messages about overcoming and finding purpose, healing, & hope in hardship from:

1. Leslie Olivier (our very own MC for the night)

2. Dr. Dayana of Maxliving Chiropractic

3. Rosalie Cutrer Executive Director of Four Corners Mission 

Donation Opportunity

    Be in prayer and thoughtful consideration about potentially donating to help us reach our goal to raise $27,810 more to serve at a children’s home for a year (our next step to building children’s homes in Africa). 

We believe with God and our generous community of supporters (like you) we can meet that goal 1 donation at a time and make an immense impact on one orphaned child at a time. 

If around 560 people give $50 we will reach our goal!

Attire

 Dressy casual/cocktail 80’s theme - Come in bright, or sequins or metallic outfits, puffy sleeves, big hair, bright makeup
