Dates and TimesArts Explorers runs from 4 PM to 5 PM on Mondays, August 19th-November 11th.  Check-in will begin at 3:55 PM. A Stagebugz instructor will greet students at the front door of the church. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME by 4:00 PM. For safety reasons, the church requires the front door to remain locked. If you are going to be late, you must inform instructors prior to the start of class, and call and text (720) 295-5389 upon arrival. Parents/guardians should plan to pick up their children promptly at 5 PM. If you are more than 10 minutes late, there will be an initial fee of $10, plus an additional charge of $1 per minute. Late fees can be paid onsite with cash or check or online via Venmo, but they must be paid before the next class. LocationArts Explorers will take place indoors at Columbine United Church:6375 S Platte Canyon Rd, Littleton, CO 80123 Preparing for ClassStudents should come to rehearsal every day with plenty of water, close-toed shoes, comfortable clothes that are easy to move in, a jacket for outdoor activities, and a small snack if needed. Please label all belongings with your child's name. Children should wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Dance shoes or close-toed sneakers are required for all students. Please no revealing clothing or clothing with offensive, derogatory, or otherwise inappropriate language or symbols.   No weapons, props resembling weapons, or other items which could be used as or mistaken for weapons will be allowed under any circumstances. No smoking devices, drugs, or alcohol. Performers may bring cell phones for emergencies, but no other electronic devices will be allowed, and no one may have cell phones out without permission. Attendance and COVIDStagebugz will follow all local and federal regulations to prevent the spread of contagious disease among our participants. We continue to closely monitor the situation and will update families if any changes to our COVID protocols are made. Masks are not currently required at Stagebugz programs, but we will take extra sanitary precautions and ask that children stay home if they are sick. Parents should notify instructors as soon as possible if their child is going to be late or absent.  Stagebugz cannot offer refunds or transfers for drops, cancellations, postponements, or issues arising out of COVID-19 or any other unanticipated safety threats.
