Each Volunteer will need fill out this form individually.

Please use your legal name for this form. The Bills will be checking ID to enter the stadium.

Volunteers are all provided a mobile parking pass in advance and must check-in at Highmark Stadium approx. 4 hours prior to kickoff. Please arrive at 12:00pm on game day.
Volunteers will be selling 50/50 raffles tickets in the parking lots, at the gates and around the stadium until the end of the 3rd quarter.
The Bills will provide a stadium credential, lunch, beverages, snacks, and when it’s cold they will provide hand warmers, fingerless gloves and a winter hat.
Parking will be included.
We are not responsible for the transportation of volunteers. Carpooling is recommended. Each volunteer is responsible for finding transportation to Highmark Stadium. Please plan accordingly for traffic
