Join the Deltas of Charlotte Foundation for a vibrant and exciting evening at the Oasis Shriners in Charlotte, NC, USA. In Living Color - A Community Soiree is a lively event that celebrates the diversity and creativity of our community. Get ready to immerse yourself in a world of vivid colors, artistic sounds, and engaging activities.

How it works?

You and your guests host your table dressed to the nines in colors to match your table. So, for example, if you choose red everything about you and your table needs to be red - your attire, your tablecloth, your serving dishes, your decorations. You choose YOUR color and make it come to life!

 This is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). Bring your favorite food and libations, but don't worry food and drink vendors will also be onsite. Your ticket purchase includes the "set up" - cups, ice and beverage napkins. Additional items may be available for purchase.

We're providing the tables, chairs, "set up" and entertainment. You're encouraged to bring the bottles, the decorations for your table - color specific, and the fun! Last year our guests went all out on their tables, so don't be left out!

Special prizes will be awarded to the best dressed AND the best decorated table.

Best decorated table will be judged between the hours of 5:30PM - 6:30PM. A separate message will be sent to the table lead prior to event to discuss table prep time and rules.

Best dressed contest will occur later on in the evening.

Regular tables ($520) or Premium tables ($600) available.  Single tickets are available for $70. 

When purchasing your table, please choose your table in either Room 1 or Room 2.  Available tables will be in white or gray.  White tables are $520, gray tables are considered premium at $600.  Premium tables allow for you to leverage the wall area to setup food, drinks and other items near your table.    In the comments section, please list 2 options and we will circle back with you to confirm your table selection.

The purchase of a table includes:

- 8 seats

- one setup (bucket of ice + napkins, 8 cups and 8 mini-bottles of water

The table purchase does not include:

- table decorations

- table coverings and chair coverings

- tableware (plates, cups, eating utensils)

- food and beverage

Note: Must be 21 or up to attend this event.
