The Marcovia Project

This year the young women of the Elko Nevada West Stake spent a lot of time HAND SEWING this beautiful quilt at girls camp.  Hours were dedicated to making this beautiful piece of artwork.  This is a one of a kind piece made from a quilt kit by <a style="color:inherit;text-decoration:inherit;-webkit-user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit">onecommonthread.org</a>  All fabric for this quilt was graciously donated and this truly is a one of a kind blanket that your family can treasure for generations.   One Common Thread is a Honduran non profit that provides employment to women living in the slums to produce quilt kits and quilts.  Their loving example is in part what inspired Emily & Anthony to start their own non profit in Honduras.
