We are excited to announce that registration is open for the Association of Administrative Law Judge's 31st Education Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

The conference will take place February 25 to 27, 2025 at the Caesar's Harrah's located in the center of the Strip.  Registration for the AALJ Conference is open to judges currently employed by the Social Security Administration, or retired or separated judges who are AALJ members.

Once again, we will conduct Local Association Representation (LAR) training on Monday, February 24, 2025 with complimentary hotel accommodations at the Caesar's Harrah's for Sunday evening, February 23, 2025.  We will send out a separate communication with registration details to LARs directly. 

Conference programming is being developed, but we expect to hold our annual member meeting on Wednesday, February 26 in the late afternoon. Lunch will be provided to all conference registrants each day, along with morning and afternoon beverages and snacks.  We will also once again have a Welcome Reception on Monday evening and a Member Reception following the member meeting on Wednesday.  Additional details will be released as they become available.

AALJ Member Registration Fees*

Regular Registration (through December 31, 2024): $595

Late Registration (on or after January 1, 2025): $645

Non-Member Registration Fees*

Regular Registration (through December 31, 2024): $995

Late Registration (on or after January 1, 2025): $1,045

Refund Policy

Full refunds through December 31, 2024

Fees are 50% refundable from January 1, 2025 through January 21, 2025 

Fees are non-refundable absent extenuating or extraordinary circumstances as of January 22, 2025

Hotel Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Caesar's Harrah's Las Vegas at the conference rate of $79 per night + $44.95 resort fees for a total of $123.95 (plus taxes and other fees).  The room block expires on January 22, 2025, and we expect the rooms to sell out.
