Join TAP-SF for an afternoon of painting! We will be led step-by-step by a local Taiwanese-American painting teacher to create a watercolor and pen landscape of Taipei. Frances Kao (she/they) is a Bay Area native and holds a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design.
