Vendor Fairs and events like this are a great way to reach larger crowds at one time. So I ask that you reserve your spot early. Please Notify Us early if there is a change that will not allow you to participate. I will need to fill your space. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are going to the planning of the Event and Advertising as well. I ask that all vendors clean up their space at the End Of the EVENT. 1) Please be on time for setting up. Set up is at 8 AM. After unloading your car, please move it to the designated area. Ask a Volunteer where that is please. 2) The space fee for this event is $50 for a 10x10 Space. You will have to provide your own table, tent & chairs. If you plan to use a tent, PLEASE make sure to stake it in and weigh it down as well. In case of a windy day, we need to make sure that the tent does not fly away and injure you or anyone else. 3) Early Breakdowns will not be tolerated. If you need to leave early you must inform one of the volunteers prior to the event and we will try to place you near the exit to minimize any disturbance to the event, and other vendors. Please be aware that this is a contract you are committing to being there for the duration of the event, 10am to 5pm. 4) You will be provided a copy of the event Flyer to use on your social media account and to print out to hand out. It is Highly Recommended that you advertise as well.
