Not a HSC member? You can start your membership and put the savings on camp toward a full-year admission to HSC. Apply online (hscbemidji.org), over the phone (218-444-4472), or in person.

Fur, Fins, & Scales Summer Camp: NON-HSC Member

Headwaters Science Center is home to many animals, of all varieties. This summer camp introduces your camper to a great selection of animals, whether they are covered in fur, fins, or scales. Learn about their anatomy, diet, habitat, and what makes each one unique. Campers who love animals will love this camp! There are opportunities for holding animals and learning what it takes to care for an animal. Sign your camper up for these 4 full days, Tuesday - Friday, of animal learning and fun! Campers and their parents are invited to a special Friday night sleepover at HSC on Friday night, that will conclude Saturday morning.  This camp is designed for students who are entering grades 1-3 in the fall. Please bring water bottle and pack your preferred lunch.
