Dear Members,  I personally can't thank you enough for seeing and believing in our vision and becoming one of our over 700 yearly members.Yesterday we raised $8000 for the 3 Sheriff's Deputies ambushed in the line of duty. One passed, one is still in critical condition, and one luckily is recovering from his injuries.  This is what we do at the Military Fire Police Support Association aka The Warehouse Social Club. Our mission from day one has been to support those who have protected us, past and present. We have done this through donations, sponsorships and events, our Veterans’ picnics, helping the families of fallen and injured First Responders, supporting Veteran organizations that are making a difference, and helping our Fire and Police departments purchase items they need to protect themselves and supporting their community efforts to make a difference in the lives of our citizens.   100% of the monies we raise through membership go directly to our mission and are not for operational expenses. Some of you paid the $20 donation, some were offered discounts to help boost membership and some were given memberships for supporting events that helped our community.  Our liquor license is based on being a member driven social club.  Some of you joined when we first opened 5 years ago, and many joined along the way. We have never asked anyone to renew their yearly membership. We have kept our mission alive solely from food and beverage sales.  Summers are always slow, this one more than ever. The prices of everything have skyrocketed, insurance, labor, utilities, food and liquor costs and labor are going back up again in September in Florida. (On a side note, I do not take any compensation. I donate 100% of my time).  This cuts into the revenue we use for our support of the community. If you haven’t recently joined or renewed your membership, I am asking each of you if you would consider renewing your membership to help us continue full force in our commitment to Veterans and First Responders.
