This is for a 10 week Mexican Sign Language workshop:
April 17 through June 19, once a week on Tuesdays or Wednesdays for 2 hours each week from 5pm - 7 pm CST.

This course will be taught by Karen Macias, who is 4-lingual, Deaf, with LSM as her first language.
This course is for DHH professionals and interpreters to learn basic LSM for interacting with DHH individuals from Mexico.
As part of your registration fee, you will also get free resources with the taught vocabulary in ASL, English, Spanish and LSM.
Information regarding CEUs:
TSID is an Approved RID CMP Sponsor for continuing education activities. This professional studies program is offered for 2.0 CEUs at the little/none Content Knowledge Level.
Description of Event: This series of workshops will teach DHH professionals and interpreters the basics of LSM (Mexican sign language). Through it, they will learn finger spelling, colors, numbers, school related vocabulary, and basic conversational skills.
