Whether you&rsquo;re rolling up in full double denim, channeling your favorite grunge icon, or just pulling out a backwards cap, come party like it&rsquo;s 1999. Polio is incurable, but completely vaccine-preventable. Although polio has been eradicated from the Americas since 1994, three countries remain endemic.
