Our fitness classes continue after the Thanksgiving break.  We've all heard about the importance of the resistant training, and how crucial muscles are for our longevity and quality of life.  On this coming Sunday, we will be hosting a strength training focused session.  Various weights will be prepared for you according to your fitness levels and body conditions.  We will be activating the major muscle groups, focusing on form first, then load.  Once again, safety is always our #1 priority.  Please feel free to reach out to me directly with questions or any injuries you are dealing with.  Looking forward to seeing you ladies!
