Cu&aacute;ndo debe acudir: Es momento de que pase por el Centro Juvenil de la SPAL, ubicado en el 100 de Howard Street. Le enviaremos un correo electr&oacute;nico de recordatorio el 17 de agosto. Las fechas y horarios se detallan a continuaci&oacute;n. DEBE recoger el distintivo de su autom&oacute;vil en uno de estos dos d&iacute;as.Si adquiri&oacute; una camiseta conmemorativa, DEBE recogerla en uno de estos dos d&iacute;as.Las camisetas compradas en l&iacute;nea solo estar&aacute;n disponibles durante el horario de atenci&oacute;n del centro. Las camisetas compradas en l&iacute;nea que no sean reclamadas en el centro se considerar&aacute;n perdidas (no se entregar&aacute;n posteriormente). &iexcl;&iexcl;Sin excepciones!! Solo se permitir&aacute; el ingreso realizando un giro a la izquierda desde Monterey Street hacia Gabilan Street. &Uacute;nicamente se permitir&aacute; la formaci&oacute;n previa (puesta en fila) a lo largo del lado oeste (carril izquierdo) de Monterey Street.No se permitir&aacute; el acceso por ning&uacute;n otro lugar. &iexcl;&iexcl;Esto significa por NING&Uacute;N otro lugar!! &iexcl;No insista! &iexcl;Y no intente colarse! La Parte Indemnizadora acepta, asimismo, asumir toda responsabilidad y obligaci&oacute;n respecto al riesgo de p&eacute;rdida, da&ntilde;o, destrucci&oacute;n y lesiones (incluida la muerte) que afecten a su persona, al Veh&iacute;culo, a las exhibiciones y a cualquier otro bien personal y art&iacute;culos relacionados que le pertenezcan y/o que se encuentren bajo su cuidado, custodia, posesi&oacute;n o control, antes, durante y despu&eacute;s del evento; por la presente, asume plena y voluntariamente todos dichos riesgos y, a cambio de contraprestaciones v&aacute;lidas y suficientes &mdash;cuya recepci&oacute;n y suficiencia se reconocen por este medio&mdash;, libera a la Parte Indemnizada de cualquier Reclamaci&oacute;n que surja de dichos hechos o guarde relaci&oacute;n con los mismos. El Participante reconoce, afirma y declara, adem&aacute;s, haber obtenido todos los consentimientos, renuncias, liberaciones y autorizaciones necesarios para formalizar y suscribir la presente solicitud en nombre de cada una de las Partes Indemnizadoras y para vincularlas a todas ellas a los t&eacute;rminos del presente documento. Esta solicitud (la &laquo;Solicitud&raquo;) se regir&aacute; e interpretar&aacute; de conformidad con las leyes locales, estatales y federales, sin referencia ni aplicaci&oacute;n de los principios de elecci&oacute;n de ley. En cualquier procedimiento que surja de la ejecuci&oacute;n y/o interpretaci&oacute;n de esta Solicitud, o que guarde relaci&oacute;n con las mismas, la Parte Indemnizada, en su calidad de parte vencedora, tendr&aacute; derecho a recuperar sus costos &mdash;incluidos los honorarios razonables de abogados&mdash; a cargo de la parte no vencedora. Ninguna modificaci&oacute;n, alteraci&oacute;n, renuncia o cambio en cualquiera de los t&eacute;rminos de esta Solicitud ser&aacute; v&aacute;lida ni vinculante para la Parte Indemnizada, a menos que se realice por escrito y sea debidamente suscrita por la Parte Indemnizada de la cual se pretenda obtener dicha renuncia. Las disposiciones de esta Solicitud ser&aacute;n divisibles; en consecuencia, si alguna de ellas fuera declarada inv&aacute;lida o inexigible por cualquier motivo, dicha disposici&oacute;n se ajustar&aacute; en la medida m&iacute;nima necesaria para subsanar tal invalidez. La invalidez o inexigibilidad de una disposici&oacute;n no afectar&aacute; a ninguna de las disposiciones restantes. Debido a la limitaci&oacute;n de espacio, no se permiten exhibidores de tama&ntilde;o excesivo en este evento. La totalidad del espacio de exhibici&oacute;n est&aacute; limitado a diez (10) pies por veinte (20) pies. EVALUACI&Oacute;N: Las puntuaciones del juez son definitivas, vinculantes y se emiten a su entera y absoluta discreci&oacute;n. No se permitir&aacute;n reembolsos. Si usted no puede asistir o llegar antes de la fecha l&iacute;mite de ingreso de veh&iacute;culos, perder&aacute; su cuota de inscripci&oacute;n y su espacio asignado. AUTORIZACI&Oacute;N DE FOTOGRAF&Iacute;A/VIDEO: El Salinas Police Activities League Car Show se reserva el derecho de fotografiar, grabar en video, filmar y/o reproducir en cualquier medio el evento, a cualquier participante, persona y/o veh&iacute;culo para cualquier uso futuro, sin compensaci&oacute;n alguna para el participante, la Parte Indemnizadora o cualquier otro tercero, persona o entidad; asimismo, el Salinas Police Activities League Car Show y el participante &mdash;actuando por s&iacute; mismos y en nombre de la Parte Indemnizadora&mdash;, al completar y firmar esta solicitud, renuncian y desisten de cualquier y toda reclamaci&oacute;n contra la Parte Indemnizada en relaci&oacute;n con lo anterior. SEGURIDAD: Todas las normativas de seguridad contra incendios deben cumplirse al pie de la letra; de lo contrario, el infractor estar&aacute; sujeto a descalificaci&oacute;n y a la prohibici&oacute;n de participar en eventos futuros. Al completar su solicitud en l&iacute;nea y asistir al Car Show, el participante reconoce haber le&iacute;do, revisado y aceptado todas y cada una de las normas, reglamentos, requisitos, t&eacute;rminos, garant&iacute;as, compromisos, declaraciones y condiciones contenidos en la presente solicitud. Este evento se llevar&aacute; a cabo independientemente de las condiciones clim&aacute;ticas (llueva o haga sol). No se realizar&aacute;n reembolsos.

<div>Salinas PAL está organizando su 11ª Feria Anual de Autos Clásicos para recaudar fondos en el Viejo Salinas el sábado 22 de agosto de 10 a.m. a 4 p.m. Este es un emocionante evento familiar gratuito lleno de autos clásicos, actividades para niños, música y vendedores. Las patrocinaciones y los ingresos de este evento apoyan los programas juveniles gratuitos de PAL para los niños de nuestra comunidad.
