The River City Players of Middleport, Ohio and the Fort Randolph Committee of Point Pleasant, West Virginia in conjunction with the Battle Days festival in Point pleasant present the world premiere of The Land Between, a play in two acts by Dr. Richard Bradford. Set on the American frontier in and around the area that would one day become modern Point Pleasant, The Land Between illustrates events leading up to, and following, the historic Battle of Point Pleasant, the first battle of the American Revolution.  Join our troupe of local actors from West Virginia and Ohio as they create colorful characters that will transport you back through the centuries to a time when our nation was new.  See the conflict between the colonists and the natives firsthand, and from different points of view. Performances will take place Friday and Saturday, October 11-12 at 7:00pm and Sunday, October 13 at 2:00pm in the auditorium at: The Wedge AuditoriumPoint Pleasant High School280 Scenic DrivePoint Pleasant, WV 25550 Come join us as we continue to make history!
