If you would like to share your table with/multiple individuals, please do so, but you will only be able to have one table.

Booth space is not guaranteed until payment is received.

Thank you for being a part of the SoUt Birth Expo! This Expo is here to empower families by providing support and resources in preparation for their motherhood transition. Your donation will pay for the venue, vendor table, and door prizes.  The SoUt Birth Expo event was made to unite the SoUt birth community. Our village, in one spot for families!

Without YOU we wouldn't be able to put this event together as a village.  Exhibitor Information  <ul><li> Booth set up guidelines: <ul><li>8ft table will be provided with 2 chairs. </li><li>You will need to bring your tablecloth cover and decorations. </li></ul></li><li>Vendor merchandise should be birth/postpartum related. The event may restrict any vendor based on their merchandise.</li><li>Booth placement will be assigned.</li><li>Set-up time starts at 7:30 am and needs to be done setting up by 8:45 am.</li><li>Take down will be at 3 pm and needs to be all cleaned up by 3:45 pm.</li><li>You are responsible for your booth.</li><li>All vendors will receive a confirmation email on their booth space.</li><li>By completing the vendor application, the vendor agrees that the company name, address, phone and website as listed in the application may be used for promotional purposes for SoUt Birth Expo (during the event, on the website, for advertisement, and in the event program). The vendor also agrees that photos of their booth and person may be used strictly in promotional literature and on the website/social media to promote SoUt Birth Expo.</li></ul> We are excited to have you.
