Please plan accordingly.Friday Pre-Ride PartyA Pre-Ride Party will begin Friday, May 7 at 6:00 PM, with more than 400 attendees expected.Vendors are welcome and encouraged to begin selling products and interacting with attendees during the Friday evening party.If you choose to set up your tent on Friday but wait until Saturday morning to place merchandise or inventory, all inventory and displays must be completely set up by 7:30 AM on Saturday, May 8.All vendor vehicles must also be moved to the designated parking area by that time.Vendor vehicles will not be permitted to remain next to vendor spaces during the event, so please plan your unloading, storage, and restocking needs accordingly.
