The 2023 CFAC Event Beneficiary is: Violette Baker<div style="margin:0.5em 0px 0px;white-space:pre-wrap;overflow-wrap:break-word;width:100%;box-sizing:inherit"><div style="font-family:inherit;text-align:start;box-sizing:inherit">Violette is a 15 year old, Osceola High School student who is active in band and local church activities. She has been diagnosed with Chiari Malformation, a condition where the cerebellum is pushed down into the upper part of the spinal canal. This can cause problems because it puts pressure on the brain and spinal cord, causing debilitating symptoms like headaches, neck pain, difficulty swallowing, balance problems, and even problems with the arms and legs. Surgery is often needed to relieve the pressure and help improve the symptoms. Violette has decompression surgery scheduled for Aug 14th in St. Louis followed by a strenuous follow up schedule. </div></div><div style="margin:0.5em 0px 0px;white-space:pre-wrap;overflow-wrap:break-word;width:100%;box-sizing:inherit"><div style="font-family:inherit;text-align:start;box-sizing:inherit">100% of proceeds raised by the CFAC event on 9/23/23 will go towards Violette and her family’s expenses related to this medical treatment. </div></div> Pre-registration for event shooters is $30.Registration at the gate for shooters is $35. Spectators: FREE
