100% of the entry fees go the John Ashcraft Memorial Scholarship Fund.

In honor of our friend and family member, John Ashcraft, a memorial scholarship fund has been started as a way to give back to the community that John loved. With John's love of running and athletics,  a run in his name seemed a fitting way to get this fund started. Please join us as we celebrate John and the lovely place he called home.  The run will be a 2 mile trail run around Grindstone Lake in beautiful Ruidoso, NM starting at 8AM.  With the support of the John's family, the Community Foundation of Lincoln County and Happy Hiker, 100% of the fees will go directly to the scholarship fund.
