This form of community acupuncture is useful for stress, trauma, and substance detoxification including smoking cessation. Participants report greater ease, relaxation, and reduction of cravings. If you are scared of needles, don't worry! We also use acupressure beads. Ear acupuncture is very relaxing. After needles or beads are placed, you will be able to rest for 30 minutes alongside others in the community.
