This ticket is for Self-Advocates only.

Each organization can request a maximum of 1 (one) registration scholarship for self-advocates

• The registration scholarships are intended for self-advocates and not for staff or family supporting them.
• This support person would still need to register (purchase a ticket) for the conference.

Each organization can request a maximum of 1 (one) registration scholarship for a DSP.

Each organization can request a maximum of 1 hotel scholarship for self-advocates.

• Hotel scholarships cover the night of September 10 (1 hotel night), if traveling more than 150 miles please see the FAQ’s page on our website (https://www.galearningcommunity.org/2026gagathering/frequently-asked-questions).
• The primary recipient for the Self-Advocate Hotel Scholarship should be a self-advocate and if needed a support person may join them. This is not intended for a support person to have their own room.  This support person would still need to register (purchase a ticket) for the conference.
• To confirm that you have booked a room for your Hotel Scholarship please do the following:
• Within 3 business days, you will make a reservation for the Self-Advocate - in their name/or their name needs to be noted on the reservation - with Unicoi.
• You will email [email protected] with a copy of your reservation at Unicoi for the Self-Advocate.
• We will respond with a confirmation of your scholarship.
