Zeffy (the software we use to sell tickets) will prompt you to "Add a contribution to keep the platform we use 100% free!" ***This is optional!*** Select Other from the dropdown box and leave the Contribution field empty- you do not have to make a contribution to Zeffy to purchase tickets.
VENDOR FAQ
Electricity
We are planning to devote one large generator (40 kw quiet diesel) to food vendors and have a smaller generator for craft vendors lighting. We ask that you plan to bring your own generator as in years past.
Internet and Cell Service
We can not guarantee internet or cell service. Plan for offline sales and cash sales ATM on site JJ will promote asking attendees to plan for cash sales
Vendor Camping
There will be some space behind the shop to camp. We ask that the camp align with the booth. If you have more campers than space, we ask for them to camp with GA.
Parking, Access Road/Running during Festival
We may ask to limit vehicles to one vehicle per booth. We expect to have an access road for running during the festival, if we can not safely work that out, we will let you know and it will not be a far walk to hand cart supplies in during the festival
Additional Workers
Additional workers beyond what is included in the vendor package must be purchased through GA ticket sales before JJ or at the gate upon arrival. Cost is $169.00 as of June 1st (face, fees, camping) and will go up. Workers can arrive for Wednesday, July 12th load in, we ask for names so we can allow them to enter the gate early.

Water spigot on site is not potable

Volunteers and early entry ticket holders arrive on July 13
Festival main dates are Friday, July 14 through Sunday, July 16
Spacing will be clearly marked.
*10% of gross sales will be collected at the end of the festival, Sunday night*
