Hello!  We are so excited that you will be with us for the Jason Shurka event, that we wanted the fun to keep going. We are doing a post event special overnight starting at 8pm, for half the price per person! We have very cozy, memory gel foam cots and a few very high quality twin air mattresses in our Sanctuary room for each of us to sleep on.  You will need to bring the following:<ul><li style="font-weight:bold;box-sizing:inherit">Sheets twin for one, or two people cal pull two cots together and make a queen </li><li style="font-weight:bold;box-sizing:inherit">Pillow</li><li style="font-weight:bold;box-sizing:inherit">Blanket</li><li style="font-weight:bold;box-sizing:inherit">Large reusable water container </li><li style="font-weight:bold;box-sizing:inherit">Eye mask</li><li style="font-weight:bold;box-sizing:inherit">Socks or Slippers for hallway bathrooms</li></ul> The EES, as many of you already know, brings new life to your cells, tissues, glands and organs by raising the charge of our atoms at the subatomic level. The first thing the body will do with this healthy charge, is go to work on discharging what should not be in our glands, tissues, organs and cells.  So, to get the best results from this healing sleepover, we recommend that you come very well hydrated and make sure your digestive system has been functioning well the week prior to the sleepover. Smooth move tea, increased fiber and or oxygen based colon cleansing is recommended before the sleepover, if you have any digestive imbalances, so that your body can achieve the next stages of cellular clean up.  The main daytime event ends at 3pm, and there are a variety of things to do in the area and fun places to eat.  We will be setting up beds from 8-9 and then around 9:30-10 we will do some guided breathing, that will be optional for you to participate in, before we all drift away into a deeply restorative sleep. From 8-9am we will be resetting the room back into our regular Sanctuary setup. Our regular doors open at 10am.  We are really looking forward to this fun day of community, love & high energy!
