PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

EVENT PURPOSE

The Kevin Espinoza – Forever 24 Foundation was established in memory of Kevin Espinoza to honor his legacy of kindness, generosity, and service to others. Proceeds from this event support the Foundation's mission of providing educational assistance, scholarships, and community support programs.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participating in the Kevin Espinoza – Forever 24 Foundation Car Show involves risks of personal injury, property damage, theft, weather-related hazards, vehicle movement, crowds, uneven surfaces, and other conditions associated with a public event. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with my participation, vehicle, passengers, and personal property.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Kevin Espinoza – Forever 24 Foundation Car Show, I hereby release and discharge the Kevin Espinoza – Forever 24 Foundation, its officers, directors, volunteers, event staff, sponsors, vendors, venue owners, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to my participation in the event, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Kevin Espinoza – Forever 24 Foundation, its officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from my participation in the event.

INSURANCE AND VEHICLE RESPONSIBILITY

I certify that my vehicle is properly registered and insured as required by law. I understand that I am solely responsible for my vehicle, passengers, and personal property while attending the event. The Kevin Espinoza – Forever 24 Foundation does not provide insurance coverage for participants' vehicles or property.

EVENT RULES

I agree to comply with all event rules and instructions provided by event organizers, staff, and volunteers, including:

• No burnouts, racing, reckless driving, or unsafe behavior.
• Follow all parking, staging, and departure instructions.
• Observe posted speed limits and traffic directions.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Respect other participants, spectators, vendors, and property.

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

In the event of an emergency, I authorize event organizers to obtain medical assistance on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE

I grant permission to the Kevin Espinoza – Forever 24 Foundation to photograph, film, and record me, my vehicle, and any guests accompanying me during the event. I authorize the Foundation to use these images and recordings for promotional, educational, fundraising, social media, website, and marketing purposes without compensation or further approval.

VENDOR SPACE

• Standard Vendor Space: 10' x 10'

• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, and display

materials.

• Food vendors are welcome but must comply with all local health and safety regulations.

• Limited vendor spaces available.

• Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

VENDOR AGREEMENT

By signing below, I agree to:

• Conduct business in a professional and respectful manner.

• Maintain a clean and safe vendor area.

• Be responsible for my own equipment, merchandise, and personal property.

• Comply with all event rules and instructions from Foundation representatives.

• Obtain any permits or licenses required for my business.

• Follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

• Complete setup prior to event opening and remain until event closing unless otherwise

approved.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration for participating as a vendor at the Kevin Espinoza – Forever 24 Foundation Car Show, I release and hold harmless the Kevin Espinoza – Forever 24 Foundation, its officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, venue owners, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, theft, or liabilities arising from participation in this event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE

I grant permission to the Kevin Espinoza – Forever 24 Foundation to photograph and record my booth, products, employees, and displays for promotional, marketing, fundraising, website, and social media purposes without compensation.

I have read and understand the Vendor Registration Agreement and agree to comply with all event rules and requirements.
