VENDOR GUIDELINES

• No political affiliations, political advertising, or political campaign materials are permitted at the event.
• All vendor registrations are subject to review and approval by Our Pink Wish Foundation. Submission of a vendor registration does not guarantee acceptance.

Thank you for joining Our Pink Wish Foundation fundraiser, our 1st Annual Fun Walk and Pickleball Tournament!

Each vendor receives one 10'x10' space, vendors must remain within their assigned space, vendors may bring up to two 6-foot tables and one canopy/tent (optional)

Additional rules:

Vendor setup begins at 1:30p

Vendors must be set up by 2:45p

Event hours 3:00pm-6:00pm

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents and displays

No electricity provided

Spaces assigned by event organizers

Vendor fee is non-refundable
