In compliance with Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance regulations, every raffle ticket purchased will be automatically assigned a ticket number, to which the name, address and phone number of the purchaser will be associated. Each ticket number will correspond to a standard Bingo ball, after confirmation of all bingo balls being present, the balls will be dropped into our Bingo machine which will be used as a passive selection device to randomly draw the bingo ball to which the corresponding ticket number purchaser will determine the winner. All ticket rosters of those purchasing tickets for each raffle will be retained by the Akron Volunteer Fire Company. These rosters are available for inspection on a mutually agreed upon time, date and location by notifying the Akron Volunteer Fire Company in writing.</div></div>
