The ASCF (American Society of Cigars and Film) was founded in 2021 by Thomas Kuo after a few fellow filmmakers smoked cigars and thought, why not start a club? The club's mission is to introduce new filmmakers to celluloid and get hands-on experience on set with film. After creating a few incredible projects, the club decided to create a showcase now known as the ASCF Film Festival.
