officers, directors, representatives, from and against any and all actions, causes of action, claims, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses the Indemnified Parties (TCE PTO) may incur, in connection with my participation in the Event. I do hereby acknowledge that the activities at the TCE Boys Bash may pose known and unanticipated substantial risks of physical injury, disease, illness, damage to or loss of personal property, or death. No dates will be rescheduled due to weather. Such monies will be considered a donation to Timberlin Creek Elementary PTO. In the case of defective merchandise, the defective merchandise may be returned to PTO within 10 days of purchase for an exchange of the same or like value merchandise.
